Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the agreement between you, Parkaro and the independent parking provider you choose.

Last updated 12 September 2026

Company no. 17454683

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are issued by PARKARO LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 17454683, whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“Parkaro”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and were last updated on 12 September 2026.

By using the Platform or making a booking through it, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or make a booking.

01

What Parkaro Does

1.1

Parkaro operates an online platform that allows Users to search, compare, and book parking spaces ("Parking Spaces") offered by independent, third-party parking operators ("Parking Providers").

1.2

Parkaro acts only as a booking intermediary. When you make a booking through the Platform, a separate contract for the supply of the parking service is formed directly between you and the relevant Parking Provider (the "Provider Agreement"). Parkaro is not a party to the Provider Agreement.

1.3

Parkaro does not operate or control the Parking Provider's parking services and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Parking Provider or its staff. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability of Parkaro that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1.4

Information about Parking Providers displayed on the Platform (including prices, facilities, opening hours, and cancellation terms) is supplied to us by the Parking Providers. We take reasonable steps to keep this information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its accuracy and are not liable for errors or omissions in information provided by a third party, except where we have been negligent.

02

Making a Booking

2.1

To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address and vehicle details.

2.2

A booking is confirmed only once you receive a booking confirmation email from Parkaro ("Booking Confirmation"). The Booking Confirmation will contain the details you need to use the Parking Space, including the Parking Provider's location, contact details, and any specific instructions.

2.3

It is your responsibility to check the Booking Confirmation carefully and to contact our customer service team immediately if any information appears to be incorrect or if you do not receive it within a reasonable time after booking.

2.4

You should have your Booking Confirmation available digitally or in printed form where required by the Parking Provider. If you cannot produce it, the Parking Provider may ask for other information reasonably necessary to verify your booking. If the booking cannot reasonably be verified, the Parking Provider may refuse the service, subject to your applicable consumer rights.

2.5

Bookings relate to a specific vehicle, registration number, and date/time window. If your vehicle or travel details change, you must update your booking in advance via your Parkaro account. Arriving in an undeclared vehicle, or outside your booked window, may result in the Parking Provider refusing the service, additional charges, or forfeiture of the booking, none of which Parkaro is liable for.

2.6

You are responsible for arriving at the Parking Space on time and for following the access, drop-off, and collection instructions provided. If you expect to be late, you should contact the Parking Provider directly using the details in your Booking Confirmation. If your flight is delayed, cancelled, rescheduled or changed, you must notify Parkaro or the Parking Provider as soon as reasonably practicable and update your flight details where possible. Additional parking or service charges may apply where your vehicle remains with the Parking Provider beyond the booked period, provided such charges are properly applicable under the relevant booking terms.

2.7

If a Parking Provider is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, Parkaro may, at its sole discretion and without requiring the User's consent, arrange a suitable alternative parking service with another Parking Provider at no additional cost to you. Where Parkaro arranges a suitable alternative, the booking will be transferred to the alternative Parking Provider and you will be notified of the revised booking details. You will not be entitled to cancel the booking or receive a refund solely because the Parking Provider has been substituted, provided that the alternative service is materially equivalent to the service originally booked. If Parkaro is unable to provide a materially equivalent alternative, you will be entitled to a full refund for the affected booking.

03

Prices and Payment

3.1

Prices shown on the Platform are as set by the Parking Provider at the time of booking and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on availability, dates, duration, and vehicle type.

3.2

Parkaro may charge a booking, administration, or service fee in addition to the Parking Provider's price. Any such fee will be clearly shown before you complete your booking.

3.3

Payment is taken at the time of booking via the payment method you select. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.

3.4

Parkaro reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors on the Platform. If a booking is accepted at an incorrect price due to an error that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake, Parkaro may cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

04

Cancellations

4.1

You may cancel a booking and receive a full refund up to 72 hours before the start of your booked parking period.

4.2

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of your booked parking period are not eligible for a refund. The same applies to bookings made within 72 hours of the start of your booked parking period, which cannot be cancelled for a refund once confirmed. Failure to show up ("no-show") will not be entitled to a refund, and Parkaro (on behalf of the Parking Provider) is entitled to retain the full price paid.

4.3

Cancellations must be made through your Parkaro account or via the cancellation link in your Booking Confirmation email. Cancellation requests made by phone or email will only be processed during our customer service hours and take effect from the point we confirm receipt, not from when you send the request.

4.4

Any non-refundable third-party transaction or payment processing fees are excluded from any refund.

4.5

Cancellation Cover, where purchased, allows you to cancel up to 12 hours before the start of your booked parking period. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start of your booked parking period, and bookings made within 12 hours of the start of the parking period, are not covered.

4.6

Cancellation Cover does not cover a no-show. If you do not arrive for your booking and have not cancelled it in line with clause 4.5, no refund will be due and the full price paid will be retained. The Cancellation Cover fee itself is non-refundable.

05

Refunds

5.1

Where you are entitled to a refund under these Terms, we will process it within a reasonable time, and in any event no later than 14 days after your cancellation is confirmed, using the original payment method where possible.

5.2

No refund will be given where:

  • you cancel outside the applicable free-cancellation window;
  • you do not show up for your booking or arrive without a valid Booking Confirmation;
  • the Parking Provider refuses your vehicle because it does not match the details provided at booking;
  • you fail to comply with the Parking Provider's own terms or on-site instructions.
5.3

Any dispute about the standard of parking service itself (for example, damage to your vehicle, delays, or conduct of Parking Provider staff) must be raised directly with the Parking Provider, using the contact details in your Booking Confirmation. Parkaro may assist in facilitating contact but is not obliged to and does not accept liability for the outcome.

06

Your Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree that you will:

  • provide accurate and complete information when booking;
  • comply with the Parking Provider's own terms, conditions, and on-site rules;
  • ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, and (where applicable) insured before leaving it with a Parking Provider;
  • remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before handover, where applicable;
  • not use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
07

Liability

7.1

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7.2

Subject to clause 7.1, Parkaro is not liable for:

  • any act, omission, or failure of a Parking Provider to perform the Provider Agreement;
  • damage to, or theft of, your vehicle or its contents while in the care of a Parking Provider;
  • indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or missed flights, trains, or events, arising from your use of the Platform or a booking.
7.3

Subject to clause 7.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform (as opposed to the separate Provider Agreement) is limited to the amount of any Parkaro service or booking fee you paid for that booking.

7.4

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times, and we are not liable for losses arising from technical failures, outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

08

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, war, terrorism, pandemic, or failures of telecommunications or IT infrastructure.

09

Complaints

9.1

If you have a complaint about the Platform or a Parkaro fee, please contact us at help@parkaro.co.uk with your booking reference and a description of the issue.

9.2

Complaints about the parking service itself must be directed to the Parking Provider in the first instance, using the contact details in your Booking Confirmation.

9.3

Making a complaint does not suspend any payment obligation you may have.

10

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11

General

11.1

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply in full.

11.2

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, including to an affiliate or successor business.

11.3

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.

11.4

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Parkaro regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
