Meet & greet is not always dearer
On short stays, meet & greet often lands close to park & ride, because park & ride pricing is driven more by nights on site than by the handover service.
The per-day rate falls with length
Longer stays almost always cost less per day. The jump between a 7-day and a 14-day stay is usually far smaller than double.
Booking ahead beats turning up
Gate prices at the official on-airport car parks are set separately and are typically well above anything in this table.
