Driving to Terminal 2
Terminal 2 and 3 share a road layout
Both sit in the Central Terminal Area, so follow signs for Terminals 2 & 3 from the M4 spur or the A4. Allow a few extra minutes at peak times — the central area backs up on weekday mornings.
Forecourt drop-off is charged
Heathrow charges a fee every time a vehicle uses a terminal drop-off forecourt. With Meet & Greet the driver handles the car from that point, so you do not pay it twice on your return.
Book the terminal you fly from
Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 are a short walk apart but meeting points differ. Select Terminal 2 in the search above and only providers covering it will show.
Parking options at Heathrow Terminal 2
Both services are compared above. Here is what each one actually means at this terminal.
Meet & Greet at Terminal 2
Drive to the Terminal 2 short-stay car park next to departures, hand your keys to an insured driver and walk straight in. The car is parked at a secure compound and brought back to the same spot when you land — no transfer bus, no luggage on a coach.
Park & Ride for Terminal 2
Park at a secure compound off the airport, keep your keys if the provider allows it, and take a free shuttle to Terminal 2. Transfers usually run every 10–15 minutes and take a few minutes. It is normally the cheapest way to leave a car for a week or more.
Which one is right for you?
Short trips, early departures and family travel usually favour Meet & Greet. Longer stays where you have time to spare usually favour Park & Ride. Search your dates and the comparison shows both, ranked by what you actually pay.
Heathrow Terminal 2 parking questions
How do I compare parking for Heathrow Terminal 2?
Enter your drop-off and return dates above and we show every provider covering Terminal 2 side by side, with the full price you pay — no booking fee surprises at the end.
Is Meet & Greet available at Terminal 2?
Yes. A vetted, fully insured driver meets you at the Terminal 2 short-stay car park beside departures, takes the car to a secure compound, and brings it back to the same place when you land. Your confirmation email has the exact meeting point and the number to call.
What happens if my flight into Terminal 2 is delayed?
Providers track your inbound flight number, which is why we ask for it at booking. If you land late your car still meets you — call the number on your confirmation once you are through the terminal.
Can I book Terminal 2 parking at short notice?
Yes, availability allowing. Prices at Heathrow rise as the date gets closer, so booking a few weeks ahead is almost always cheaper than turning up on the day.
